Frequently asked questions
When should I book my session?
For a newborn shoot it’s best to book around the time of your 20 weeks scan, to make sure that you get a session at the best possible time for the baby (around 7-14 days old is best).
For bumps, I always advise booking a shoot for around 28-34 weeks and you can book this is in as soon as you feel ready to do so.
For any milestone or family shoot, just book as soon as you’re thinking about it. Ps. weekend dates can book up fast.
How do I book a session?

What to expect on the day?
We’ll meet at our chosen location and explore the area as we shoot. I’ll guide you with plenty of cues and gentle prompts, so you’ll never feel unsure of what to do. But the real magic happens in between… in the laughter, the glances, the unplanned little moments. My style blends gently posed and prompted shots with the freedom for you to simply play, connect, and be yourselves. Once we’ve captured a full, beautiful set of images, we’ll wrap up, leaving you with memories you can hold onto forever.
How much is deposit?
to secure your session you simply need to you pay a £100 booking fee. This booking fee is then deducted from your session fee. A date is not secured until this payment has been received.
Will you help us with what to wear?
YES! I’ve got your back. Once your booking has been confirmed you’ll receive my specially created style guide. This will give you plenty of time to plan and style your family for your session. I also have a client wardrobe of dresses for mums to choose from. There is also a selection of beautiful outfits for newborns and children aged 1-6.
What if my kids don’t cooperate?
That’s totally normal, and it’s part of the fun! I work with their energy, encouraging play and laughter to capture their natural personalities. Sometimes the unexpected moments turn out to be the most memorable ones.
